Ranveer Allahbadia has moved the Supreme Court, seeking to quash multiple FIRs lodged against him. The popular YouTuber, known as BeerBiceps, has also requested an urgent hearing, citing concerns over the legal implications of the cases.
Defending him in the apex court is Abhinav Chandrachud, a distinguished lawyer and son of former Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud. Abhinav has filed a plea arguing for the dismissal of the FIRs, asserting that the charges are unwarranted.
The case has sparked widespread debate, with many closely following the legal proceedings. As the court deliberates, the verdict could have significant repercussions for content creators and the evolving boundaries of digital expression in India.
